Black Body for Reference Temperature

The SPI-35B creates a highly accurate reference temperature point for the Wisenet AI Face & Body Temperature Measurement Camera (TNM-3620TDY). SPI-35B generates constant and precise 35 ℃ temperature. It is placed in the field of view of the camera and its position is adjusted on the side of the camera. It acts as a reference object to accurately determine the temperature for the camera. In other words, it increases the measurement sensitivity by comparing the temperature of the camera with the human body. Working with ± 0.5 ℃ sensitivity without SPI-35B, the camera improves body temperature accuracy to ± 0.3 ℃ thanks to SPI-35B. Improvement allows much more accurate body temperature readings to determine if the subject has a fever or high fever.

Body Temperature Reference (black body) accessory recommended for TNM-3620TDY. The SPI-35B provide a stable, uniform, low cost and simple to operate thermal source for human body temperature detection. Primarily designed to be incorporated into COVID-19 related thermal imaging body temperature screening systems, works by providing a viewable thermal reference area for infrared (thermal) camera systems to detect elevated temperatures in those being screened. Features “set and forget” configuration. An operator simply configures the reference source through the USB interface and stores the set point into non-volatile memory. After configuration, the blackbody automatically controls to the set point upon each power up. A status LED visually indicates when the reference is stable and ready for use as a calibration source. Performance has been optimized for a range of absolute temperature set points and ambient conditions that are required by most body temperature screening systems. IEC 80601-2-59 compliant.
