Thanks to the ultra-high sensitivity of the extensible ISO 409600, the SNC-VB770 4K network camera records exceptionally detailed 4K / 30 fps color video at night and in unusual lighting conditions with low lighting levels of less than 0.004 lux.

The highly precise 35 mm full-frame Exmor® sensor, E-slot lenses and signal processing engine optimized to maximize sensor performance, are components of the SNC-VB770 4K network camera that achieve this level of illumination. These components allow the camera to record crisp, clear 4K / 30 fps color videos with little noise in low light situations.

The new camera records crisp 4K / 30 fps color video in almost entirely dark conditions, where the human eye has difficulty seeing the object, such as starlit night or poor lighting indoors. The camera also captures images that are not blurred by high-speed electronic snapshots, allowing users to clearly follow letters (characters), license plates, numbers and people's facial expressions in poor lighting conditions.

This is Sony's first camera in the current range of network cameras with an E-slot lens. A wide range of quality interchangeable lenses for digital consumer cameras and professional camcorders gives users the flexibility to adjust the viewing angle to a variety of environments and applications. It also maximizes the advantages of 4K resolution, allowing detailed analysis of specific areas in the scene and viewing of large areas.

The SNC-VB770 4K network camera provides intelligent analysis functions to enable more efficient, cost-effective operation in a wide variety of video surveillance applications. Smart Tracking and Multi Tracking can recognize different objects in separate windows and dynamically track them with a large area view. The Smart Coding feature provides maximum detail in selected key areas while reducing bit rates in other areas of the image to save network bandwidth. Intelligent Scene Capture automatically selects the optimum image quality to suit most operating environments, including weather, clock and lighting conditions, to ensure optimum image quality in any scene, day or night.
